
Payment Policy – Avyukta Mobile

1. Accepted Payment Methods
We offer the following payment options:
Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
Debit Cards
Net Banking
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
Digital Wallets
Cash on Delivery (COD) (on eligible orders only)
2. Payment Security
All payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways.
We use trusted third-party providers such as Razorpay to ensure safe and secure transactions.
Avyukta Mobile does not store any card details, CVV, or sensitive payment information on its servers.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
3.1 COD is available on selected products and serviceable locations
3.2 Orders may require verification via call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch
3.3 We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if verification fails
3.4 Repeated order refusals or fake orders may result in COD restriction or blocking
4. Order Confirmation
4.1 Prepaid orders are confirmed only after successful payment
4.2 COD orders are confirmed after successful verification
5. Failed Transactions & Refunds
If your payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed:
Refund will be initiated within 24–48 hours
The amount may take 3–7 working days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider
6. Payment Verification & Fraud Prevention
To prevent fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to:
Request additional verification or identity proof
Cancel suspicious or high-risk transactions
Hold or delay orders until verification is completed
7. Pricing & Charges
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and additional fees (if any) are displayed at checkout
8. Refund Processing
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as follows:
Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method
COD orders: refunded via bank transfer or UPI
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
In case of any payment dispute or chargeback initiated by the customer:
We reserve the right to investigate and provide necessary proof to the payment gateway or bank
Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to permanent account restriction and legal action
10. Limitation of Liability
Avyukta Mobile shall not be liable for any payment failure or delay caused by third-party payment gateways, banks, or network issues beyond our control.
