Charges may vary depending on distance and logistics requirements
Heavy or bulky items may attract additional shipping fees
Special promotions may include free or discounted shipping
Final shipping charges (if any) are always displayed at checkout before payment
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
3.1 Orders are processed within 12–24 hours after confirmation
3.2 Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours, subject to stock availability and verification
4. Delivery Timeline

10. Risk & Ownership
10.1 Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery is managed by them
10.2 Customers remain protected under applicable laws including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 in case of damage, loss, or service deficiency
11. High-Risk Orders / Locations
We reserve the right to:
Allow only prepaid orders for certain locations
Apply additional shipping charges
Cancel suspicious or unverifiable orders
12. Partial Shipments
Orders with multiple products may be shipped separately based on availability and logistics
13. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide:
