
Return, Replacement & Refund Policy ā Avyukta Mobile

1. Policy Overview
Avyukta Mobile is committed to delivering quality products and a smooth customer experience.
This policy is governed by applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
All requests are subject to verification and approval.
2. Eligible Cases
Replacement or refund may be approved in the following cases:
Product received is damaged during shipping
Manufacturing defect
Incorrect product delivered
Missing accessories or components
3. Non-Eligible Cases
Requests may be rejected if:
Product is used, damaged due to misuse, or physically altered
Product is returned without original packaging, accessories, or invoice
Request is made after the allowed timeline
No valid proof of issue is provided
4. Unboxing Video (Strongly Recommended)
Customers are advised to record an unboxing video showing:
Sealed package
Shipping label
Complete unboxing
This helps in faster and smoother resolution.
Claims without proper proof may be rejected in case of dispute.
5. Reporting Timeline
Damaged / missing items ā report within 48 hours of delivery
Replacement / refund requests ā within 7 days of delivery
6. Verification & Quality Check
All returned products undergo inspection.
Refund or replacement will be approved only after successful verification
If the returned product does not match the original condition, the request may be rejected
7. Resolution Options
After approval, customers may receive:
Replacement (preferred)
OR
Refund (if replacement is not available)
Final decision depends on product condition, verification, and stock availability
8. Reverse Pickup Process
Pickup will be arranged within 48ā72 hours after approval
Product must be returned with:
Original packaging
All accessories and components
Incomplete returns may be rejected
9. Replacement Timeline
Replacement orders are shipped within 5ā7 working days after successful inspection
10. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed in the following cases:
Replacement not available
Approved defective/damaged cases
Order cancelled before dispatch (prepaid orders)
Refund timeline:
Initiated within 5ā7 working days after approval
Bank/payment provider may take additional time
Refund method:
Prepaid orders ā original payment method
COD orders ā UPI or bank transfer
11. One-Time Resolution
Each order is eligible for one resolution only (replacement OR refund)
12. Failed Pickup / Customer Responsibility
If the customer:
Fails to hand over the product
Provides incorrect return details
The request may be cancelled
13. Fraud & Misuse Protection
We reserve the right to:
Reject suspicious or fraudulent claims
Block customers for repeated misuse
Take necessary legal action if required
14. Non-Returnable Items (If Applicable)
Certain products may not be eligible for return/replacement due to hygiene, usage, or product category.
Such items will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
15. Legal Compliance & Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
