We do not accept product returns for refunds.
However, we provide product replacement in the following situations:

• Product damaged during shipping
• Incorrect item delivered
• Missing accessories or components
All replacement requests are subject to verification by our support team.
To ensure a fair and transparent resolution process, customers are required to record an unboxing video while opening the package.
The video must clearly show:
• The sealed package before opening
• The shipping label visible on the package
• The complete unboxing process
• The condition of the product and all items inside the box
Replacement requests submitted without a proper unboxing video and supporting photos may not be approved.
This requirement helps us verify issues quickly and prevent fraudulent claims.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report the issue:
• Within 48 hours of delivery for damage or missing items
• Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement.

Select the order for which you want to request a replacement
Click on Make a Change / Replacement
Upload the unboxing video and product photos
Describe the issue with the product
Our support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
Once your request is submitted:
• Our team will review the video evidence and issue details
• If the request meets the policy requirements, it will be approved
Requests that do not meet the policy criteria may be declined.
After approval of the replacement request:
• A pickup will be arranged from your address within 48 hours
• The product must be packed securely in its original packaging with all accessories
Failure to return the product in proper condition may result in rejection of the replacement.
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
• The replacement product will be shipped within 7 working days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier availability.
To be eligible for replacement:
• The product must be unused and in original condition
• The product must be returned with all accessories and packaging
• A valid unboxing video and supporting photos must be provided
Replacement requests may not be approved in the following situations:
• Product damage caused by misuse or improper handling
• Used or altered products
• Missing original packaging or accessories
• No valid unboxing video proof
Each order is eligible for one replacement only.
Once a replacement has been completed, the order will not be eligible for further replacement requests.
Refunds are generally not provided under our policy.
However, if a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability or other exceptional circumstances, a refund may be issued at the discretion of Avyukta Mobile.
