To initiate a return, a product opening video is mandatory. This video ensures a smooth return process and helps us understand the condition of the product.

Go to the "My Orders" section on the website or application.
Click on the "Return" option next to the order you wish to return.
Follow the provided instructions to complete the return process.
3.Refund Timeline:
For eligible refunds, the refund amount will be processed within 3–4 working days after the product has been successfully picked up processesd and credit from your address.
4.Exchange Only:
Avyukta Mobile offers exchanges only; we do not process returns for a refund unless specifically stated. We are committed to making sure you get the product you intended.
5.Eligibility for Exchange:
Your product is eligible for exchange only under the following circumstances:
If you have received a wrong item.
If the product is damaged or defective.
6.Condition of the Product:
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
7.Exchange Timeline:
Wrong or damaged products will be exchanged within 3 working days of approval of your request, ensuring a quick resolution. The exchange product will be delivered with 5 - 7 working days
8.Exceptions:
Products that do not meet the above criteria will not be considered for exchange. Additionally, customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
